The company today

An asset-origination company with financial infrastructure.

DXG’s strategy starts with real assets and enforceable rights. We seek to originate and aggregate large-scale natural-asset opportunities, establish project-specific legal and economic rights, and then use specialist verification, carbon, custody, structuring and capital-markets infrastructure to convert those rights into financeable products.

01

Carbon & Environmental Assets

Develop high-integrity carbon and environmental assets from eligible nature-based projects, supported by project-specific rights, measurement, reporting and verification.

02

Natural-Resource RWAs

Structure future revenues and eligible economic interests associated with natural resources into institutional products without conflating those products with ownership of underlying sovereign or mining licences.

03

RWA Factory

Standardize the documents, data, controls, smart-contract logic and reporting needed to repeat successful RWA structures across projects and jurisdictions.

How value is created

Rights first. Financial products second.

Business model

DXG is designed to generate fee-oriented revenue through origination and structuring, project development, servicing and administration, transaction and secondary-market activity, and retained economic participation in selected projects. Digital instruments are a potential delivery mechanism where legally and commercially appropriate—not the investment thesis by themselves.

Flagship asset platforms

Maluku & North Maluku

Natural Capital + Carbon + Future RWA

DXG’s flagship long-duration natural-capital platform is intended to support eligible forest and marine carbon development and, where project-specific statutory rights are obtained, future resource-linked RWA opportunities. Development remains subject to local and national licensing, validation, verification and other required approvals.

Mongolia

Near-Term RWA Launch Platform

DXG’s Mongolia strategy centers on contractual rights to commercialize eligible data, future revenues and economic interests through RWA/RDA, securitization and tokenization structures. The strategy does not assume transfer of underlying mining licences and is intended to begin with a focused institutional pilot.

Global Pipeline

Repeatable Infrastructure

DXG intends to apply a common institutional framework—rights, diligence, data, structuring, compliance and distribution—to additional natural-resource, clean-energy, computing and sustainability-linked opportunities.

Institutional orientation

Designed for repeatability, governance and capital formation.

DXG’s objective is to create a disciplined bridge between sovereign and enterprise asset rights, project-level diligence and institutional capital. Each project is expected to be ring-fenced, documented and evaluated on its own legal, economic and regulatory merits.

Project-level ring fencing

SPV or trust structures can isolate project economics, liabilities and investor rights.

Third-party infrastructure

Specialist standards, verification, legal, custody, trading and capital-markets providers can be engaged where appropriate.

Compliance by design

Products are intended to be structured under applicable securities, AML/KYC, transfer and jurisdictional requirements.
