DXG’s current strategy separates carbon and environmental-asset development from resource-linked RWA products while using a common origination, diligence and capital-formation infrastructure.
A long-duration platform intended to support eligible forest and marine carbon development and broader natural-capital opportunities. Resource-linked RWA products are contemplated only after project-specific statutory and contractual rights have been obtained.
A nearer-term platform centered on exclusive commercialization rights relating to eligible RWA/RDA, securitization, tokenization, data and future revenues. The intended institutional product is a ring-fenced, asset- or cash-flow-backed structure; underlying mining licences are not assumed to transfer.
DXG seeks to develop high-integrity carbon and environmental assets through project-specific rights, methodologies, baseline work, MRV, validation, verification, issuance and monetization. Third-party standards and registries are engaged according to project requirements.
The same rights-first model can be applied to additional clean-energy, computing, sustainability-linked and natural-resource opportunities when DXG secures sufficient legal and economic rights and the project satisfies institutional diligence.
